Alternatively, you can take 3rd Avenue and Bowery or follow 5th Avenue down to Bowery, both of which average about 14 minutes depending on congestion. Alta’s location at 52 Kenmare Street is easy to spot, with nearby parking garages available along Spring and Mulberry Streets.
From 23rd Street station, hop on the 6 train downtown to Spring Street. The ride takes about 11 minutes with frequent departures every 4 minutes. After exiting, it's a short 5-minute walk to Alta’s front door. You can also take the R/W lines to Prince Street or the M1/M55 buses, which offer alternate options with travel times between 19 and 23 minutes.
A rideshare from the Flatiron District usually takes 12–20 minutes, depending on traffic. For the easiest drop-off, use 52 Kenmare Street as your destination.
Prefer to ride? Biking from Flatiron takes about 12 minutes over mostly flat streets. Routes via 5th Avenue, 5th Avenue and Washington Square North, or 5th Avenue and Bowery all connect directly to Alta.
