Cannabis 101

New to cannabis? No problem! We’ll show you the basics.

the human
Endocannabinoid system

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) regulates motor control, mood, memory, appetite, pain, digestion, immune response, neural protection, bone growth, fertility, reproduction, pleasure, temperature regulation, stress response, and even memory and learning.

Cannabis can help support the ECS and keep it functioning optimally. Those with certain conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and seizures may be alleviated by cannabis treatment.

how the
ESC Works

CBD, CBN and THC fit like a lock and key into existing human receptors. These receptors are part of the endocannabinoid system which impact physiological processes affecting pain modulation, memory, and appetite plus anti-inflammatory effects and other immune system responses.

for beginners:
Dosing Chart

Keep track of your consumption to help find the right potency for you. Cannabis affects people differently, so get to know your own tolerance. Feel free to experiment with different methods, formulas, potencies, ratios, frequency and setting.

Start low and go slow if you want to increase potency over time.

the many
WAYS TO CONSUME THC

Vaporizers (Vapes)

Cannabis vape cartridges, utilizing cannabis concentrate, offer discreet consumption and potent effects. We offer two different types: A 510 battery (standard-sized power source used in vape pens, connecting to 510-threaded cartridges) and an All-in-One (disposable vaporizer and battery in one discreet unit.)

Pre-Rolls

Cannabis flower is the smokable, trichome-covered part of a female cannabis plant. Pre-rolls are cannabis joints that have been rolled ahead of time for you.

Edibles

Edibles are ingestible forms of cannabis that come in various types, typically made with cannabis extract or oil. Some can be chewed or eaten, others can be swallowed or drank.

Tinctures

A tincture is a mixture that is administered orally or sublingually via a dropper.

Topicals/Balms

Cannabis topicals encompass infused products like salves, lotions, and balms tailored for specific concerns, providing localized relief when applied to the skin.

Suppositories

Suppositories are small and contain medication that is slowly released into the body after insertion as the suppository melts. CBD suppositories contain CBD oil or isolate, along with other ingredients that help the suppository to melt and absorb into the body.

Concentrates / Dabs

Cannabis concentrates extract cannabinoids for high potency and quick effects, with varied consistencies. There are several processes that concentrates can be made.

cannabinoids
and its potential effects

Cannabinoids are compounds found in plants that interact with the endocannabinoid system to create various effects. Cannabinoids like CBG, CBN, and CBC are all found in cannabis plants, and THC and CBD have the potential ability to bring our bodies’ health systems into balance.
