Ingredients:

Hemp leaves and flowers (53%), aniseed (19%), chamomile, hops, mallow, valerian (4%), lavender. 100% organic ingredients.

Instructions:

Use 2 tablespoons of hemp per 1 liter (quart), or 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of hemp tea

Pour boiling water

Let your tea infuse for 5-7 minutes
